I was 14 when Elvis died, i remember it clearly, i was staying in Congleton with my friend, her mum came to wake us up with the news the following morning.
My dad taught me to appreciate Elvis at a young age, i have always been a fan, my late husband was a huge fan, i had 'Love Me Tender' played at his funeral going out of the church in Nov 2010. Your music this afternoon has brought me a bit closer to my hsuband this sunday afternoon, it's wonderful. I am in the garden wih the radio turned up high. thank you for his music this sunny afternoon

Are You Lonesome Tonight means a lot to me as I started courting in 1977 and was so lonely when my man wasn't there.
