In the UK, we use Shrove Tuesday as an opportunity to make and eat pancakes. They are eaten in various forms all over the world, but the traditional way to eat them in the UK is to add sugar and lemon juice.
Shrove Tuesday is supposed to be the day for you to use up all of the things you all give up for Lent; the Christian festival that remembers Jesus's 40 days in the wilderness.
Do you toss?
With Pancake Day on the horizon; how do you like

traditional lemon and sugar ensemble?
Are you the master of the pancake toss or do you play safe with a spatula?
