You vote Stephen Fry as top dinner guest!

We recently asked you to vote for your favourite dinner guests, in anticipation of our Starlight Supper event. The votes were counted and we can announce that Stephen Fry has been voted your No.1 celebrity that you'd like to attend your dream dinner party.

The QI host got more votes than any other star in the poll. Music, humour and glamour were at the top of the fantasy guest list with Grammy and Brit Award winner Adele following closely in second place and George Clooney, Dawn French and Peter Kay filling the remaining seats at the star studded table.

On being told of the news Stephen Fry said "What a wonderful honour. I shall have to practise my soup-eating skills (I have been known to make strange sucky noises, whereas George Clooney is a flawless soupster).

"Seriously, it is a great compliment and one that I wish I were worthy of living up to. Good luck with all the wonderful work you're doing for Macmillan."

We thought we'd have a bit of fun with their lookalikes so contemporary artist and supporter of our Starlight Supper, brought them together at London eaterie Rhodes Restaurant W1.
