Smooth Radio is a national radio station, reaching across the UK on Digital Radio and in six regional FM areas using the following FM frequencies:

  • 102.2 MHz - London
  • 100.4 MHz - North West
  • 105.2 MHz - Scotland
  • 97.5 MHz - North East
  • 105.7 MHz - West Midlands
  • 106.6 MHz / 101.4 MHz - East Midlands

DAB Digital Radio

You can listen to Smooth Radio via digital radio; you may need to retune your digital radio to receive the station.

One of the bonuses of digital radio is that you'll see text information displayed on the radio about the programme you're listening to and the track that's being played.
